At Kharapathar we reach 5,456m. We camp below Kalindi base at 5,590m. After crossing the Kalindi Pass of nearly 6,000m we trek down to Arwatal at 3,980, then continue to descend to Ghastoli, Mana, and eventually reach Badrinath.
