Keoladeo Ghana National
Park, was once developed by the rulers of
Bharatpur as
bird lands in the marshes just outside Bharatpur for
spectacular bird shoots. Today its converted into a
remarkable little national park, considered as one of
the wonders of the natural world. The abundance and
variety of birds at India's most celebrated bird
sanctuary cannot fail to impress even the most seasoned
of travelers.
Logistic Details : Bharatpur is located 50 Kms from
Agra. It can be included between Agra and Jaipur. It takes
about an hour to reach Bharatpur ex Agra. Bharatpur to
Jaipur or Samode takes 4 hours by car.

Laxmi Vilas Palace:
Laxmi Vilas Palace was originally built in 1887 and is the
family home of the descendents of the rulers of Bharatpur.
It was converted into a Heritage Hotel in 1994. Guests will
experience the warm hospitality extended by the present
generation living in the Palace. Rooms are newly refurbished
in traditional style that has been preserved over the
generations.
